On Monday, May 5, 2025, the Computing Center Al-Khawarizmi (CCK) and the National University of Science and Technology (NU) formalized a strategic partnership agreement within a virtual signing ceremony. The event was attended by a representative of the direction general of International Cooperation at the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
This partnership marks a significant advancement in the scientific and technological collaboration between the two institutions. It aims to foster the cooperation in numerous areas as computer science, advanced digital infrastructure, specialized training programs, and implementation of joint international research projects.
The signing ceremony was attended by high-level representatives from both organizations, underscoring the strategic importance of the agreement. Professor Saoussen Krichen, Director General of the CCK, emphasized that this partnership paves the way for deeper integration of digital competencies and the promotion of technological innovation—particularly in high-performance computing and cloud-based solutions.
Dr. Ali Saud Al-Bimani, NU Vice-Chancellor, welcomed the collaboration, stating that partnering with the Computing Center of Al-Khawarizmi offers a valuable opportunity to launch joint research initiatives and enhances digital capabilities in evolving of higher education and scientific research.”
